Merry Christmas to me, too! I got a letter (4 full pages). She's doing well, too, TIRED. Sounds like she hasn't gotten any of our letters to her yet, though. Remember, the rest are in the mail!

I RECEIVED TWO LETTERS TODAY FROM MY HUSBAND this is the BEST Christmas present i could have asked for he said all is well he has made some new friends and that they started there official  training  on the 17th so far it is not as bad as he thought it was going to be.  Than he went on about how much he misses me and loves me and talks bout me all the time. Truly the best Christmas gift ever i cried while reading it but i am a little happier now.

Y'all we had our meet and greet at Anastasias and it was very fun...BUT their private room is very small and doesn't really seat comfortably the number of people they said it does...we had 167 people there and took over the whole place.....the rest...the bar...the private room....everything...it was funny....they had to close the place down to public traffic, but they assumed I was wrong in my count and thought most people wouldn't show...I said we would have 151 ..... they said I would be lucky to have 50....lol!!!  So, I just want you to take that into account if your RSVPs get to be over 50...lol!!  I posted the RSVPs by division once a week until the last 2 weeks and then posted them every day until  PIR right here in the chat box...so I knew exactly who was coming...except for the people the Residence Inn shuttled over because they "heard" about it from some folks staying there...lol!!  Then the manager at Anastasias, if you remind him of me....will save a larger area for you...lol!!

Ship 11 Div. 063 - no letter today either :-(   But I know in my heart my recruit is thinking of us!  Nice to hear from those who did and shared their news....thank you for that.  Merry Christmas to my new Navy family!

:( no letter, wow, trying to stay positive and thinking that "it will come today" and the mail finally gets here, going through all the "junk" and all I can say is wow, what a let down. I don't know what is worse, the waiting or the disappointment when there is nothing there, I think I would just rather wait, and wait than this!
