This is the final test for your recruits.  When they pass this, they are sailors and trade in their recruit cap for their sailor cap in a capping ceremony afterwards. The ship they do this on was designed by Disney, so it is very realistic. During…Continue

I was very disappointed again, no letter or card in the mailbox either.  Maybe Division 71 is slow on the letter writing.  Looks like my group is pink too.  I don't think I will be able to get my boys to go with pink, but it's one of my favorite colors.  lol

All this talk about letters.....I hope we all get one soon.  I think it would help me get in the Christmas spirit.  I finally understand the meaning of that Blue Christmas song!

About ribbons....I received a message in my Inbox from (Aprul Ship 11/Div 63) today.  She said that she and another N4M Mom were making navy & gold ribbons.  She gave option to send her materials or money to cover supplies and shipping.  She also gave her name, address and email in the message.  I think it should have went to everyone who belongs to PIR 2/11/11 group?

So happy for you all that got letters. I'm trying not to be jealous, but I'm green with envy and a need to hear from the boy.

Listened to Christmas carols all day by myself while I cleaned and cooked. I actually got a little more in the spirit, but I had to take my kiddo's stocking down, couldn't bear to look at it.

Glad you're ok, Pench.

Positive thoughts and prayers for letters and calls

ok so the rest of us ( whos son will write, not sure mine will, so I am counting on you to keep posted.) should be getting letters this week! Do you think that if I bake(like I did for the recruiter to get an address) for the mail man that he will find a letter for me :) wishful thinking I am afraid. I so hope he writes......

My son  had laundry duty on Sunday and felt very lucky. I cant stop laughing! He is requesting tons of letters and photos. Things are going well but someone fell in the shower and broke their foot.
