We are staying at the Homewood Suites in Lincolnshire.
Congratulation to everyone who's passed BS. My son doesn't go until Sunday night. I'm envious of those who've gotten the call. Can't wait for Monday afternoon.
I got my ribbons today. Thank you LaLa!! They are really nice. Bigger than I expected. It's so cool that you've found a way to give of yourself through your creative talents. I can hardly wait to wear mine!!
MustangMom-He mentioned he might have all weekend liberty with us. That would be really cool!!
Wearing my pink scarf Friday!!
Is anyone else out there staying at Homewood Suites in Lincolnshire?
10-day forcast looks like a heat wave with some rain.
My son is sick. He sounds terrible. Now that BS is over he's going to sick call tomorrow morning. He refused to go until BS was over. He said no one in his Div is grad-n-go. They are all staying until Tuesday morning. They lost 5 during PFA. They will get one more chance next week and if they pass still graduate with them.
Hello everyone... so I got my call yesterday.... I'm a Sailor. I was so happy and Brian sounded exhausted. he was so happy to have completed his physical fitness test... he had to do the run 3x because he got sick.. he passed and then did Battle Stations. He was almost crying because he made it. I am so ready for graduation. I know I missed somewhere what color we are going to wear for ship 9 div 078 so can someone fill me in. I told my son his job now was to pray for nice weather for our flight so we make it. On Saturday he heads to conneticut for 7wks and then to Portland for 12 months. YEAH!!! closer to home so we can visit. I am so happy for everyone that is getting ready for graduation and for all the new comers just starting this journey... know that here is a place of peace and comfort, where you can cry, scream, and just read on. I honor all that have come before and all that are still. God Bless to everyone... Hoorah!! GO NAVY!
My son will be an ET also.
