Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Hi all!  I thought this might be a good way for us to connect!  So took the advice of some other moms.  Hopefully we can get information on when we start receiving calls and letters and other info!

Congrats DIV 095!!!!!!!!!!!! 4 more days til PIR!!!!!!!!!!!! Its almost too good to be true. I am soooooooo ready to put my arms around my Sailor. I know all of you are feeling the same way. I'm definitely gonna have to take sleeping aids to get any the next few nights. lol. Can't wait to meet all of you at the Meet & Greet.  GO NAVY

Well, I'm still going on the presumption that no news is good news! I was hoping to have received a call this weekend, but alas it hasn't happened. I want to thank the couple moms on here who reached out to me and really helped me calm down, I was making myself hysterical...I appreciate the gesture immensely. Congrats to Ship 95 on the Captain's Cup win! Looking forward to meeting everyone on Friday! Hope you all have a wonderful week!

Division 95 is all male. I don't know who won the integrated division.

Is Div 95 an integrated division or all male? I think there should be a winner for the integrated divisions and one for the all male divisions. Anyone know for sure?

Congrats to Div. 95!!!!  Heard they Won The Captain's Cup!  Praise The Lord for His  Blessings for these Sailors &  for all their hard work!  We are all so proud of them!  Prayers going up for the Battlestations Tonight and all taking part!  We pray for God's supernatural strength, & that they will all pass!

3/6/11   2:00 pm....My Sr has only Friday his PIR day to spend with family.  He has to be back on base for 8pm and leaves at 2:30 am Sat. morning for the airport.  Prayers are being offered for all the recruits doing Battle stations tonight!!!  "God give them courage as they go through this...the last test of Boot Camp"
