Choose your Username. For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

I am soooooooo ready to put my arms around my Sailor. I know all of you are feeling the same way. I'm definitely gonna have to take sleeping aids to get any the next few nights. lol. Can't wait to meet all of you at the Meet & Greet. GO NAVY

I was hoping to have received a call this weekend, but alas it hasn't happened. I want to thank the couple moms on here who reached out to me and really helped me calm down, I was making myself hysterical...I appreciate the gesture immensely. Congrats to Ship 95 on the Captain's Cup win! Looking forward to meeting everyone on Friday! Hope you all have a wonderful week!

He has to be back on base for 8pm and leaves at 2:30 am Sat. morning for the airport. Prayers are being offered for all the recruits doing Battle stations tonight!!! "God give them courage as they go through this...the last test of Boot Camp"
