Are any of the SR's off to WA? This mom now has an empty nest!
Comment
There is a SR on Boot Camp for MOms that has not received any letters. One of the guys told his mom about it. Their division is having a contest on who gets the most letters. They have asked to have people write to him. If you would like to help this kid in the 114th div. send a friend request to Kathy(ship 07 Div. 114) or check out this mornings posts on Boot Camp for moms. And if any of the guys in our Divisions are not getting mail from home I hope we find out so we can write.
Good day Ladies;
About the car story. When I stopped this was my first thought "Hunter would" and that is because I had taught him well! Just as you all have or we would probably not be conversing now. So many times I have made him/other boyz too, get out to try to help others (he is a BIG young man) with me - they with a, with a are you crazy Mom - were late, look on faces. LOL Being a bit handy while "making do" with life's challenges. We carry car tool kits, water, enhanced first aid/CPR, swiss army knife etc. in our vehicles.
TxLadyJane - I consider it "Paying it Back & Forward" as we have been helped by so many others and well, raised this way! LOVE the movie as well. Another great moving (yet graphic) story that changed my perspective is 'Crash'.
diannep - And yes, I was once let go from a job for being "too nice"! First for everything. It truling ended up a blessing that worked out for the better in hind sight. As you pointed out and it still amazes me - 1% of our nation is in the military - did I get that right?!
Frandea - go look at the scrapbooks when you get a chance, so inventive, unique and in my humble opinion well worth it!
All good stuff wonderful people
