tks, I tried to send you a message. I cant for some reason. But, I am so sorry about your daughter. I belive if I would have known about this before bc I would have had my sons done before he left. But, I wasn't told of any of this. I think that the recruiter should let this be known in the very beginning..

II think I am going to go the deppers page and let the parents know that if they are concerned about this subject they have the option of doing at home.

Hang in there!!!

Lots of ~~HUGS~~

Thought I would share with you the photo of my daughter and her dad, one taken 10 years ago and the other taken at her PIR on 20 May 2011

Yeah, I have a feeling if anything happened to my daughter, grandma would be right there fighting for her, too! Hopefully they will do like you suggested and challenge her brain. Keep their mind going and their body will heal.

I dont know what I would do because her grandma would beat me to it. LOL  I am not sure who said they could no longer touch her there cause I didnt. I just want answers and to be able to talk to who is ever in charge of her case. I would also like for someone there just to keep her mind challenged. She was never the one to sit still and not do a thing. Other then the pain she is in, that is what is keeping her down. Just let her file something or help new recruits. They are allowing her to pick where she wants to eat on friday and letting her pick out a movie to watch while in Milwaukee. Just praying that the surgeon has a solution that will get her on the road to recovery. I would also like to thank the RDC for trying everything they could to try to keep her caught up in hopes she could finish with her group.

@tks...honestly...I wouldn't WANT the Navy to touch my child after they caused so much pain and agony. Remember, if it was the private sector, you probably would have sued for incompetance. I wish her a speedy recovery. I feel sooooo badly for her, she should have been enjoying the experience, not being in pain.

You are all so great! The PIR Ceremony is something , I know that I will never forget it! Even brought tears to my hubby's eyes! Our Sailor was in the ward room the whole time, but we got to see so many of his friends doing their jobs,Go 927! He said he got to visit a while with the rear admiral and Commander Bethke before things got started!! How neat! To everyone Congrats on your Sailors, It was a pleasure meeting all of you and God Bless all of our Sailors!!

Private message sounds good, looking forward to writing your daughter, I know you would do the same if it was my daughter...

tks i would just send it out in a private message to people that mention wanting to write to her. I believe that would be the best way.
