I would think its something else.  She said they were in a huge room full of phones and everyone was together.  They were very short on time.  Was supposed to be an hour but only 15 min bc of punishment.  I am so sorry for you!  I wish I would have asked her but I didn't know.

Sometimes if the phones are full some of the other Sailors do not get a chance to make their phone call, but know that they are all in this together and as a team, they will help each other through the difficult times.  I know my daughter Brandi broke down and cried on the phone, it was hard to hold back the tears, but I tried my best, I hated it when she said they had to go, but now all we can do is wait for their letters, and for May 20th to hurry up and get here...

Hi Tony~I'm Tricia~ My dtr mentioned her to me.  She said these two are her 2 BFF's in bootcamp!  Lol  Said they are staying tight and helping each other through.  1 is her bunkmate-not sure which one though.  She said she is writing daily now but can still only mail out once weekly.  I'm so sorry you didn't get a call.  She must have had watch or something bc she said the whole div was calling.  I am so sorry!  I would feel the same way.  I know they are sharing pics with eachother so send lots of them.  She said they are living for our letters!  Maybe she will get a makeup phone call tonight or tomorrow so don't give up hope yet!!!!

I dont know my bf is division 173 and he told his mom that it was earned, not sure for what but im glad he got to call.

my daughter is in 174 and we have not received a call yet either.  I'm thinking there is a good reason for it.  It sounds like they are kept very busy, which their focus on passing BC should be their absolute first priority.  I want her to stay focused on why she is there and do the best she can.....and for that I'm willing to forgo a phone call for now if need be. We'll just continue to hang tough and be strong.

I missed my phone call from my bf....he left a voicemail, called his mom and then called me again, still missed it, I had a meltdown at work when I looked at my phone...people thought I was nuts.... broke down crying and fell on the floor...yeah Im a baby. Didn't help when I listened to his voicemails and he was basically pleading for me to answer the phone.....
