HERE4!!! I am sooooooo happy for you and your daughter- and I'm thrilled to have you back. You know this whole thing TOTALLY sucked, but in the long run,  this whole thing will probably make her a better sailor. You know what they say- what doesn't kill us- makes us stronger....

I have prayed- and checked- and couldn't wait to get on the comp this am to see what news there was. I can't tell you how happy I am!

here4 I answered you on facebook however my chat on facebook is a hot mess! When she gets to FL she will be in holding until she gets to class up and all of that will depend on the number of sailors waiting to class up as well. Grace waited 2 weeks. I am not even looking forward to any dates from here on out. I know that’s a huge mistake. Seeing why God warns us about such thing! lol After Grace was ready to class up 12 ppl from 6-3 pir failed the written part of OC spray and were sent back! So they got to class up again first. Not fair but it's how this world works! Would not have been nearly as bad if a few of that sailors that did not pass were not flip about it saying they did not care were not going to study and did not want to be there anyway! PFFFFT! So more military hurry up an wait! I know the drill...both my parents were Air Force and I grew up right outside Ft. Lewis and McCord AFB! I trued to join but I am deaf in my right ear and was not allowed! :o( So I am living my dreams all through my daughter and I really never thought this was a path she would take as she was growing up. She said to me the\at she has a very high pain threshold! Really? When did that happen? LOL! I'm so proud of her! I mean it about if she needs anything or is stuck there on a holiday we will go get her!

I just want to say Congrats! She deserves it! She worked very hard. I am sure that you are very proud of her. I cant imagine all the stress that you went through waiting to hear from her! Maybe you will finally get some rest and peace of mind! Enjoy her PIR! When is it? Does she know where she will be attending A school?

LOL I gues we cry the tears our Sailors are not allowed to!  :o) Tell that girl that all the Sailors in TX were praying for her as well as the Christian chat in N4M.  There was no way she was not going to make it!
