I didn't hear from my SR any word on her A school orders. She'll be going to corpsman training. Her recruiter told her she'd go to GL (even though a few weeks before she left, he told her it might be…Continue

Mrs Mink, how cool is that? I know sign language! Probably way out of practice and know SEE sign, not ASL, but we can try if you are a signer. :)
And now ladies...for a little comic relief...Gnomes I hope you are getting on here at least one more time because you are gonna love this. Ha ha!
First, trying to get to the hotel from the Airport I pulled into a turning lane that that turned out NOT to be a turning lang but a turning into lane for oncoming traffic. Some kind bus driver honked at me and informed me that I was going to be munched if I stayed where I was at. Oops! Idaho driving is a bit different than Chicago.
Second, opened my suitcase and my acid reflux pills had spilled all over my suitcase. A couple got munched and when I opened it spilled all over the floor so it looks like I'm having a cocaine disaster on the floor.
And for the pista resistance...drumroll please...since I always get congested on airplanes, I brought along some psuedephrine (little red pills). We stopped to get something to eat after being lost for a while and my head was pounding so I got out my little red pills and popped a couple. Got back in the car and made it to the hotel. While unpacking my bag, I realized that I had popped the wrong little red pills. Instead of the psuedephrine, I took two Uristat little red pills instead. And yes...my pee is already orange. Oops!!!!! Okay, TMI but also very funny! :)
So glad to be here. Very exhausted, but very excited to see you all tomorrow! Woohoo!!!
Mrs. Mink- as long as you can read my lips I'm sure we'll get along splendidly!! (I think we already do!) I can't wait to meet you!
Oh- I'm still not packed. I leave 5am. What's wrong with me/??
Congrats, to all the new Sailors. I am so proud of you. Mrs. Mink, I look forward to meeting you and I don't think there will be a problem. We have gotten to know you and love you for who you are.
Packed and leaving in the morning. I am so excited. I can't wait to meet you all and to see my Sailor.
