Freebird- I really think so. They would've had to call because there are no more Battlestations and we'd need to change our plans. They did it. Now they just have to pass Battlestations tonight. Candle lit!

Ladies- the pics give me goosebumps!

OH MY GOSH PARROT!!!!! I AM HERE! I AM HERE! Wait....brb...okay, back! I had to run out in my front yard and do a cartwheel!!!! My neighbors all came out to see what the commotion was!!! I am so happy!!!!!

My mixed up emotions are battling it out on my face! Big cheesy grin with tears streaming down my face. My heart is torn in tWo for Here4. I guess the only upside is that we had the blessing of getting to know her she us because for a brief moment in time we were together fighting this good fight. Now, she will have the blessing of inspiring and benefitting from getting to know a new group of ladies. Perhaps the Lord has a plan for her to help someone else through this with their SR. (Don't tell her that right now though because she will need time to grieve this loss first.) And if you do happen to come back and read, I love you very much and my heart will be with you every week until your SR conquers this obstacle! Even my 11-yr-old daughter has been following the three SR's and praying with me for them every morning and night. Here4, after you have time to recover, fresh courage take!!!!

KimT, so ironic. I have Laura Story's Blessings playing on my computer right now as I was reading all the posts. It is on youtube in another window. When it ends I just switch windows and click replay!! I loved your message and I love that song! I don't know if you were on here when I posted a link to it, but here it is again if anyone wants to know what we are talking about. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1CSVqHcdhXQ

Reign, I was laughing so hard about your post regarding facebook time. My son told me when he called that he was going to write to his dad, but they didn't have much time and he wrote to his "friend" in Florida instead. Ha ha! Good thing it was his dad and not me. (Although I wonder now if that is why I didn't get many letters.) His "friend" is someone that he hasn't even met in real life. She is a cyber friend in Florida he met on some website or webgame or something. KIDS!!!!

Dianne, you definitely earned your treat! Two hours of working out! Awesome! You go, girl!!! I'm not big into ice cream either, but I can't pass up chocolate ice cream with peanut butter mixed in. Yum!!! I also like vanilla ice cream with orange juice. Yummy!! Tastes like dreamcicles. :) And about knowing what's coming. I think you are right. If I had known something that were coming prior to them happening, I think I might just have given up without a fight. My mother always says it is a kind Heavenly Father who doesn't let us see what trial lies ahead. :)

G, I am so touched and so sad for our man down. Every soldier belongs to each one of us. I am ashamed that we have become so disconnected that whatever our personal issues are we cannot find compassion for an individual and family who are facing such heartache.

And for those who come back to unfaithful and uncommitted spouses. I am afraid I could not adequately repent from what I think and feel about that. I lived day to day with mine for nearly fourteen years, bore him five children, put him through Ph.D. school and then....there is not much pain that I have experienced yet to compare to that so....I pitty the fool that encounters me with a story like that!!!! Aargh! (Okay, I guess I'll be on my knees tonight praying for forgiveness for that little outburst. Ugh!)

Gnomes, oh no!!! I think I might be getting a UTI. I'm going to have to try the vinegar thing. Although that might kill me so if I don't see you at PIR, you will know why! Ha ha!

Okay ladies, I am off to a church meeting. I will check before going to bed again, but then...tomorrow morning....I am off to SLC to fly to Chicago! Rain or shine, I will be there with bells on!

Oh, one more thing, about the kid thing...Today was a very strange and new experience for me. All five of my "little ones" are in a different city today from each other and from me. My 11-yr-old went with her church group to Yellowstone, my 17-yr-old is in London with his dance team, my 19-yr-old is in Chicago at RTC, my 21-yr-old is in Utah, and my 24-yr-old is in her own home in Pocatello (about 50 miles away). My house is so quiet. I'm not sure about this. Like Rapunzel in Tangled, I can see that I am going to have to find a new dream. :)

Dianne, picture made me tear up. OH MY GOSH!!!

Here are a couple of pics from last year in July. They used Sailors from the bases in Great Lakes to make the Human Flag. It is so beautiful, I just loved it.
