Mom2sailorsx3, Not sure how much of a writer my son is going to be, he said he would write but I'm sure he will be in that 50 words or less club as well, but that will be just fine with me!

Thanks for the info, We have family flying in from 4 different states all knowing there is a chance they may not all get in at the PIR. It is good to see that there are only 9 divisions graduating as that will kinda betters their chances of getting in. I also want to prepare those who may not get into the PIR for the possibilty that my son will be grad and go also and we could have limited time with him afterwards also. Thats why I asked about the limit at the airport.

My son is in Ship 3 Div 237 anyone else in this Div? I know they allow family to spend time with them at the airport if they are grad-n-go but does anyone know if there is a limit to how many family members they allow?

Well I thought I would try the waukegan courtyard. Hope it is nice. My mother sent 3 boys to bootcamp during the vietnam war... she is amazed at how things have changed. I don't know what I would do without all your advice and wisdom. Thank you so much...

My sons recruiter told him he would possibly get 5 days before taking off but who knows... his recruiter also gave me the wrong address for him. Didn't help that he had 4 recruiters in one year... frustrating
