OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

No problem Corie, you just need to take career over all right now, do what betters YOU, and everything else will follow, and if it doesn't something better is coming.

A:Corie - It's gonna be hard. It really will. It's gonna put ALOT of stress on you two..I was told by Anti M that her hubby and her both being enlisted, they saw eachother 27 days out of an entire year....but that's a personal choice, to do what will better YOU. A relationship that is strong rarely grows weaker with a stress, if it's as strong as it's said to be it will grow stronger and more resistant to things trying to break and bend it. That's something you have to take into consideration, you need to do what betters YOU. I know you love C very very much. But you need to take what will better YOUR life, and what betters YOUR life will better the both of you..y'know?

Q: My bf is currently in the Navy, I am thinking about joining, how much more difficult is this going to make our relationship?

I need to do something with my life and the Navy has a lot to offer, but it's going to be hard for me to get in I have to get a couple of waivers and I'm not sure what to do..
