Hi ladies, how is everyone?  Yes time goes by so fast, it was three years since my son had been home but we did go to Italy to see him that was such a wonderful time, it was so great to see my son.  WOW Pam a whole year that was really gone by fast for sure.  How is he doing?  Still loving it?  It is so great that the sailors get to travel and see such wonderful places, well at lease us at home get to see the pictures. lol

Carrie - When is Amber scheduled to leave Cuba?

I know Rachel's Mom!  It really has gone by so fast.  I offered to pay for his airfare home if he wanted to come visit.  He may take me up on it.  I'm so glad him and Rachel get along so well.  He was always the guy that treated all of his "girl" friends more like pals.  I didn't have his sister until he was sixteen so that might have something to do with it.  He can be high energy and high maintenance, but he's a good kid at heart. LOL.  The pictures they have been posting have been beautiful... I love how they take pictures of the food! Ha, ha... I know what's on my son's mind A LOT!

Wow Pam....I didn't realize you haven't seen Jamie for a whole year. I can tell you Rachel had a great time in Budapest. Rachel and Jamie have a lot in common. I love that she has found guys who treat her like a little sister!!! Hope you have a Happy New Year!!!

Hello ladies!  Today marks the one year anniversary of the day Jamie left the States for Naples.  Hard to believe I haven't seen my son in person in a year!

Good morning!  Hope everyone is settling into the post-Christmas lull now!  I know I am.  Jamie is back from Budapest.  It looks like him and his fellow Sailors had a lot of fun.  Hard to believe that tomorrow marks one year since he left for Naples.  It goes by so fast!!

Hope everyone has a safe and Happy New Year!  Bring on 2012!!
