Have a great time Carrie! I always know when it's time for a break, people at work start getting on my nerves. Ha, ha...
Donna - my son loves it too, he just gets the homesick bug every now and then. He's only been there for eight months and this is the farthest he's ever been from home, so it's to be expected. Sounds like your son has been in a while, so he's probably better at dealing with the trials and tribulations of military life. Mom's on the other hand, not so much! I was having a moment the other day of missing Jamie and had to blink back the tears.
Debbie - have a great time in MI. I've been to Grand Rapids before. So very pretty up in that area. But too darn cold in the winter months! We have a boat and have a dream of one day living on the lake. My boys always loved to go tubing and wakeboarding. It's things like that you miss more than anything when they're grown! :(
LOL - Debbie. That is funny about kicking you off! Silly website.
Carrie - So glad to hear Amber is settling in ok. We have mosquitos and no-see-ums here in GA that will pretty much carry you away! I never go outside unless I take a bath in Off!! My husband never gets a bite. I always tell him it's because he's bitter like vinegar! Ha, ha... So Amber must be sweet as honey to be bitten so much!
I have seen the news reports about Vermont and oh my gosh, it's awful the flooding up there. We can get rain and wind from these hurricanes and we're four hours inland. Too much water at one time. Safe travels to you Carrie! We're headed to Savannah next Monday for a couple days.
I went onto my page and this site was gone so I had to rejoin. LOL I think I have been one of the longest person here, it is trying to get rid of me. LOLOL
How is everyone today?
