You know someone told my husband if you stay in the middle of it all, it is very noisy, I will have to look up the hotel we are staying at but we are right in the middle of it all so we could walk to just about everywhere, I guess it is what you want. Oh it was the dentist that told Paul, he liked the outside skirt of Rome, well I will find out soon.

Carrie, you have to let the credit card companies and bank know you are traveling, the bank is a month and the cards are two weeks.

Thanks Robin, I am not going to carry anything important in it. You husband is funny, all you can buy is a t-shirt that says All I got from Italy was this T-shirt. LOL Robin I think I need to take you with so we have a safe and fun trip. LOL

I will tell you everything for sure. We are ordering euros from the bank before we go. Also we just open a Capital One credit card they do not charge any fees for using there card, Visa and Master Card is 3% plus we have a ATM card. Carrie go onto RickSteve web site he travels and has a lot of good information about traveling in Italy. How to pack, how to pay and to be very careful and stealing, very good idea. We have those purse too around the neck and two money pouches, my daughter is having a fit about the purse around the next so I got her a money beth. I am taking a back pack I ordered from Ricksteve I will just carry things in it and if it gets stolen I don't care. But I will tell you everything I can to help you.

Thanks Carrie, I hope he does well also, yes he did say he was ready for his leave. He will have to take 10 days of leave but he has not taken any yet so that will work out good. Everytime we talk that is all he talkes about what we are going to do in Naples and who he wants us to meet. LOL I hope I get to run into your daughter that would be so nice.

Sharon, I am glad he is back and loving it.

Carrie I am glad she is feeling better, it is no fun to be sick. It is nice they get to see so many wonderful places, Stephen is the boss now training a Petty Officier, I think Itold you this already, well the guy is never there, at home or on leave so poor Stephen is putting in 15 hours days, he is ready for a vacation. He has a test coming up and then he will put in for his leave. Cannot wait to see my sailor!!!
