DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

HAHA I LOVE IT!!!! Thanks Anita! I had to share with my daughter. I'm sure she won't find it as humorous as I do!! How have you been? I can't believe it's almost been a year since PIR. My, how time flies!! My sailor is stationed in Spain and absolutely LOVES it!! Well, except for having to work on the Labor and Delivery ward at the base hospital!! Priceless is what I say!!!! Hope you and yours are doing well!!!

Stopping by and checking on the dust bunnies in our old room.  Before you know it will be the one year anniversary we all sat on those bleachers watching our crew perform.  My girl is still on "The Bush" getting ready to finally become an E3 (thanks to ROTC screwing up her paperwork...should of left boot camp an E3) and decide what her next career move is.  I think she's tired of eating paint chips and wants to do something more with her Navy career  LOL.

Hope everyone is doing well.
