Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

hello all!!

calbrans---sorry to hear about your son.   i wish i had words of wisdom for you.  i will keep you both in my prayers. 

i too cant believe that it has been almost a year.  my son left on the 19th of july to start his journey.  he will be getting married the 25th of this month.   boy do they grow up fast!!!

HAHA I LOVE IT!!!! Thanks Anita! I had to share with my daughter. I'm sure she won't find it as humorous as I do!! How have you been? I can't believe it's almost been a year since PIR. My, how time flies!! My sailor is stationed in Spain and absolutely LOVES it!! Well, except for having to work on the Labor and Delivery ward at the base hospital!! Priceless is what I say!!!! Hope you and yours are doing well!!!

Stopping by and checking on the dust bunnies in our old room.  Before you know it will be the one year anniversary we all sat on those bleachers watching our crew perform.  My girl is still on "The Bush" getting ready to finally become an E3 (thanks to ROTC screwing up her paperwork...should of left boot camp an E3) and decide what her next career move is.  I think she's tired of eating paint chips and wants to do something more with her Navy career  LOL.
