I don't think I got 2 hours of total sleep last night.  I'll be sleeping like a rock tonight!  10:58am here and hope I hear either from my daughter or one of you 02/944 moms if everyone passed later on today.  Come join us for Trivia Tuesday please - we need to get a pic of our SRs!

Good morning everyone!!  Well the week we have waiting for is here!  Well I guess I'm not the only one who has been having a hard time sleeping.  We are leaving on Thursday morning and I know I won't be able to sleep on Wednesday.  I want to thank all of you for all the support over the last 2 months.

fritz:  That is correct....the items that you all bring for them to take to A School must be given to them at the airport and fit in their Navy-issued backpack.  Those moving to GL, after the move over there, and they then return from liberty with you. they can bring back their personal items.

Absolutely none of this can return with them to RTC!

Kimmie:  YEP!  Seems to be "the day."  Phones in the bras all day so no calls missed...but they usually start coming in around 2 pm GL time (on average) and continue for a while.  We think 3 divisions went last night, so lots of calls to make.  Please remember to ask your new sailor if all in that divison passed and post for the other ladies here.  Some will not get calls due to "watch," etc.  So it is nice to know that they have a sailor as they wait for that call.
