FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

me to I've have 3 surgery's in the past three years and I think I gain 15 # for each surgery

I have decided to try 5 # at a time.I always give myself a big # then it seems to hard
I figure 5# will make my clothes looser and then the next 5-10# should bring me down a size.........that should make me a happy girl

well we have to have everybody's tummy and joints ready to party for the cruise..........now if you caould find something to help me lose these pounds I have found after getting hurt

I wish I could remember the brand i use .I can describe the bottle ......let me check tomorrow and I'll let you know ok.......my mom uses a different brand I think I'll ask her what it is ..she is picky .the better you buy the less you'll use.

you can drink it straight , the stuff we use has a slight lemon taste to it .....it is also alittle on the heavey side .i don't want to say think, but it have volume to it
