OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Well I've been a single parent for 20+ years . lost my two best friends ...one to suicide ( leaving us 4 young children) and one to a brain tumor......after 17 years I lost a pretty good job due to getting hurt at my part time job, and now at 50 after my third surgery on my ankle, I managed ( after almost not making it out of high school back in the day) to pull a 4.0 last semester.......................I have can to believe I can handle anything .......JUST BRING IT ON
