FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Woohooo. God is so good!! Yay, Kelly and son! So glad for you because as I've said I have been there before and am so thankful that I got to attend my daughter's graduation last May.

Wendy ~ Congratulations on your son's passing too!! I will pray for your healing too. Please feel better soon.

Oh Wendy I was wondering where you were. Does all of this have anything to do with the accident??? I hope you are able to get home soon. I don't have a big home, but if you need to get away for a couple of days you are more than welcome to come here...............

Yes, Kelly, I just said a prayer for your son as he goes before the Ac board, as a parent I've been there and I understand your concern. It is difficult but prayer does/can change things so keep praying. I believe that he'll be fine and will be allowed to stay in his program. blessings

Huggs Kelly...I was thinking that I would log on and hear happy news....remember what happened opened doors that we can't see right now and we can't know what good is going to come from this. But that still doesn't mask the hurt and disappointment, you and yours are in my prayers.

Ok guys I've only slept about 5 hrs since Fri and can't think straight so I'm going to try to sleep a little........Kelly ..Wendy please keep us informed about your guys I'll check back later on

it is funny that we guys are talking about a cruise because I was thinking yesterday , that if we had a bigger group here I'd look into setting one up for next year ........that way everyone would have a chance to save $$$

and talk about losing weight I got hurt 3 years ago and I've gained 45 #'s..........so it is not time for it to go ...........I'm in the process of getting rid of all the unnecessary stuff around here.....and those pounds are sure on the list
