FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

OK - couldn't resist the invitation above any more. My son is in Groton, waiting to start sub school in SECF. Can't wait for him to get home to WA for Christmas Friday. I am also a sub vet, having served as a nuc MM/ELT on two fast attacks out of San Diego over a six year tour in mid-80s. Now I work for the Navy as a civilian, working often with nucs on carriers and subs based in Bremerton and Bangor. It doesn't get any better than the Pacific Northwest!

ok evry1 .....I'm sorry I have not been on to get this party started ...........i had a Very close person in my life have a heart attack (and not doing good0........then 2 days after that my close coworker got killed in a car accidents on her way to work
if any body SHE would want this party to carry on ........but I'm in the middle of finals at school .......so give me a day and i'll be back and tell you all about them Blue Things

oh yes .I heard from my sub guy and he'll be back in his home port in no time

I just have to tell all of you that there is a club called the Blue Thong......I think it is to get people ready for the red hater club....I was going to start a chapter in my area, but decided this would be more fun.we should plan a singles cruise..our sons can send us on it with all the $$$$ they are making......lol

Well Yvonne we won't tell if you dont' welcome evry1 Not only because we have a special situation for dealing with our children in the Navy ........I'm not sure about the dating thing ..would love to do it, but not sure how............lol

one is in the Navy on the USS Tucson in Pearl.........lets get this party started
