snowmom......she is added. I'm sure that the schedule they keep these kids on makes them vulnerable to these types of illnesses. They are young and strong, but not Superman (or woman). }:(

In my experience, you can usually make any kind of change in your ticket and it costs $150.00, including the destination, but momof2 is correct when she says that you have to pay the difference if the cost of the new date or destination is more than the cost of your original ticket. To my knowledge, Southwest is the only carrier that doesn't have any charge for changing, unfortunately......they don't fly to Japan :>(

hi mollie! you should definitely check out the cherry blossoms, it is absolutely gorgeous! as for the flight, the thing is, i can't buy a ticket where i can change dates. if i get a credit for a different destination, that would be ok. but the destination i am trying to go is a one-time shot. do you know if changing destinations are also allowed, by any chance? thanks!

Also be carefull because some airlines not only charge you the fee to make a change. But you also get charged the difference in airfare if any.

abc815...most airlines charge $150.00 to change your travel dates, so just be careful that you don't pay more for travel insurance than that. But also be sure that this is the cost to change your flight date on the specific airline that you book with. My hubby and I are looking at a trip next spring. Kelcie said we should come when the Cherry Blossoms are in bloom.

hi sueS. this is actually one of the companies i spoke with today. i actually called twice and got 2 different answers! one lady told me i can get a 100% refund, the other told me that i couldn't...also, they are getting some pretty bad reviews. the ticket i am looking to book costs well over $2,000 so you can see why i'd want to be insured. sigh. very frustrating sitting here in front of the computer trying to find something. thanks though!
