An ombudsman is a person who acts as a trusted intermediary between the organization and external individuals while representing the broad scope of  interests.  Hope that helps

Hello everyone.  I heard from daughter early this morning (est) as well.  Sounds very good.  All is well.  I was so happy to hear her voice.

What is an ombudsman???

Have a great day!!!  It's starting to feel like spring out here.  The sun is out.  Still lots more snow to melt though.  Happy spring :-)

Goodmorning...thank you all very much.  All this info is awesome.  I can't wait to get an email from my daughter. I would love to email her but don't have her address yet, I  hope she can write one soon.  It will sure make me feel alot better.   I know it takes time and i can be patient, but it's her first time on a ship and she is still my baby if you know what I mean...

Hope every one has a nice day!!! We were lucky to get rain today.  If it was colder we would of gotten soooo much more snow.
