Milomom you have to let him know who is going so he can change the list.. and aggie mom I know what you are going through but from what I heard is that they sit everyone who is on the list and if they have any room they allow the extras to sit in but there is no gurantee they will get to sit in.

Milomom - I have the same problem - my son put on his list, myself and his father and his gpa and gma - but forgot to put his little brother on the list!!!  His brother was pretty upset and thought that he didn't want him at graduation.  I assured him that wasn't the case.  In one of my letters to my son I ask him to change the listing for the graduation.  Unfortunately, now there is only room for one more person - who goes - his gma, gpa or no one?  I have another set of grandparents that want to go too and they aren't even in the equation yet?!  Realistically, how many stragglers do they allow?

Just spent the last hour catching up on the posting - really good info, and stories and cartoons! So glad to have found a site like this.

So, I have a nagging issue.... In my SR's form letter he listed the four people he wanted to attend PIR (his grandmother, his two sisters and myself). Now, his grandmother (my mother) is still annoyed that I made everyone get to the swearing in ceremony early and she had to wait around. His sisters (my daughters) will be enrolled in college classes by PIR and don't want to miss them. That leaves me. I will be there come h@!! or high water. His stepfather (my husband) was not on the list, but it sure would be nice to have someone there to share with and lean on. So, the questions are... Do I try to explain all of this to my SR in a letter? Or wait till a phone call? Or drag everyone there on the list wether they like it or not? Or suprise my son?

Always balancing the needs and wants of everyone around me.

cathyraz- just send me a friend request on this site and I will send you the info for placing an order. Sometimes the email on this site doesn't get delivered so if you haven't heard from me within 24 hours you will know I didn't get the message. You can also email me at: uniquememorymakers@yahoo.com be sure to tell me your N4M name so I will know who you are lol.

I am a substitute teacher now, still looking for a full time teaching or teacher assistant job. It is very hard here to get a job :-( I have a K-6 degree but I would be extremely happy to be an assistant.
