tbone's mom and Group - Here is the COC (Chain of Command) at RTC for RPO's Recruit Petty Officers.

I think I posted this before but I will do it again as some of you are finding out info from your letters:

Here is a chart of the COC at RTC (Chain of Command):

(Click to open in another page and zoom.)

Here is the link to RTC website that explains all the RPO positions (Recruit Petty Officers):

http://www.bootcamp.navy.mil/recruit_petty_officer.asp

Here is a pic of a Collar Device(I belive there are a different number of Chevrons depending on their postition) that the RPO's wear:

On the Chart RCPO(Recruit Chief Petty Officer) = ARPOC, RLPO(Recruit Lead Petty Officer  = AROC

But it is too hard to yell... "RRRRCPO or RRRRLPO get your ________ in here"...So ARRRRRRPOOOC and ARRRRROC it is.

Dang...y'all got me ballin' today! Such wonderful letters and news!

I am going to bump up my Discussion on "Writing Letters"...it has some links for jokes and such.

I also went to Cartoon strip sites and saved some that I lked from some of the ones we enjoy and sent those. Then I got all paranoid and switched to B & W ones I got out of some bargain Far Side books. I'll post a couple!

Hey everyone thank you so much for the support, and information. especially ♥FireTeamLeaderWife♥... sort of gives me a direction to look into. before he left he was really excited and so proud but in his recent letters he seemed he was doubting his choices - now that he has his injury - i am worried that he is doing a lot worse. but in the letter i just wrote him, i told him to trust his previous decision and that i am not sure what his thought process is in there, but out here, at home, he thinks things through and is so smart. i told him we all have faith in him here at home, but he needs to have faith in himself. i told him just do whatever it takes and not to think about things too much, just do. Ideally, i hope he just gets put on light duty but if he has to stay longer then thats that. i just don't want him to regret anything later on and i told him that his choice is going to impact the rest of his life so don't do it impulsively. Well i guess we will just have to wait to hear something!! I am crossing my fingers.. and thank for you all the prayers, they are greatly appreciated !!
