CheleMarie - from the rooftops, CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU AND YOUR SAILOR! How sweet it is! Praying I get mine today or tomorrow....
I have a SAILOR! WooooooHoooooo!
Thanks, FTLW. Yep, must be a change! I'll remember that next time!
TeacherMom: Tried to bump up the MeetNGreet discussion, but won't bump! So go to VIEW ALL above. It should be on about page 4. Info there.
Fortunately, this week turns out to be Easter break for me and I'm home trying not to forget anything, counting down the minutes, and waiting on my phone call. I too am thankful for Navy for moms and the veterans who have helped us along this journey and I'm sure they will get us through "A" school as well.
ML & Teachermom...... I am right there with you. I am trying to work (underwriting home loans) and I am having SOOOO much trouble focusing.
Thank you to those ladies who don't have an SR but are taking the time to help those of us who do. This is a wonderful website. You have made a difficult situation much easier. Thanks for all the information and support.
Teachermom: I am fortunate to have a great student teacher. She is helping me tremendously today.
Okay...the pic above… See the yellow lines? Those start off to the left at the big garage door that opens to let your Sailors in. They'll come in in order of their Divisions and march all the way to the other end and make a U-ee, march back and then line up in formation by division. See the closest set of stacked chairs? That is where the first Division will stand…then it goes on down the line. The 900 Div is in the middle I believe (they come in after...a space is left for them) I believe the 800 Divisions march in last…but don’t quote me on that!
When you come into the Hall you will see Sailors on the floor standing next to Division markers. This is where your Division will be standing for PIR. You should sit in the stands in front of the marker. The markers are positioned so that when you sit in the stands your Division is a little bit to the right of you.
