i was so surprised to get a phone call this afternoon!!!!!  it was so great to talk to him!  was the first time since he left (his only other call went to the gf).  i was surprised as i didn't expect to hear anything at this point until after BS as PIR is this friday :-)  we talked for about a half hour then i told him to go ahead and call his gf before he ran out of time :-)

Couldn't be happier I got two calls from my SR today and he sounded amazing.  He just talked and talked and talked... He kept saying how hard he's been trying and not giving up on anything.  He passed everything but knows he has so much to improve on.  He's happy and proud of how far he's come. Me too.  He's officially my hero. :-)

SR said they got to check their orders and all HM going to San Antonio are going to be held at GL for about 10 days before they leave.  I think there is a Transfer Hold Unit where they will stay.  Have any other HM said this?  I'm glad, if it's true because that means we can have him on Saturday also.  Sadly, we have to come home on Sunday early.
