Congrats asterzmom !  Way to go to your SR!

For those who still have SRs trying to pass the PFA.  Yes, they will be in FIT....please join that group:

http://www.navyformom.com/group/fitprogram

They can try every 48 hrs (not over weekend though).  Usually M-W-F.  Once they pass, they will go with the next BattleStations group, either in their PIR group or the next one (can even do BattleStations the night before PIR and be there...just tired and in balcony rather than marching, although some still manage to march!).  Then they will be at PIR.  If they do not pass by Wed, they will stay in FIT until they do pass.  I know of one SR who stayed in FIT for 3 weeks after PIR and finally passed.  After that, there is no PIR for them...they head straight to A School.

So praying for those who need to pass!

Good news today on the Navy plane crash.  All have been accounted for...no deaths!  As Rla said, wonderful training for our Navy pilots.  They dumped fuel and ejected last minute in order to steer the plane away from schools, etc is what our report here said....Wow.

Hoping that some get to call home this afternoon and give results of Captains Cup.  Results won't be on RTC FB site until Monday or Tuesday.  So hoping for some SR calls!  I know they are enjoying today!

Thanks, again asterzmom...my husband sates I'm driving myself crazy with all the assumption.  I'm sure he wishes she would call today stating she at least passed and that everything is a GO for next week!  I'm carrying my cell around with me everywhere today just to make sure! But the waiting is agonizing!

mackays... you got more info then i did my day said ... did not pass run not graduating on 4/13, don't come, will call later... nothing about what happened.... when she called me yesterday she so exicited that you would have thought she was gonna say I am a sailor...LOL ..... she said she just had a bad day... i had to wait 3 days to hear that she passed ... I posted this on my FB page with div and it was for their SRs to do B/S and for mine to make the run

Isaiah 40:28-31  Have you not known? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God,   the Creator of the ends of the earth. He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the faint,   and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even youths shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall exhausted; but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength;   they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary;   they shall walk and not faint.

I belive that she has two more tries and even if she doesn't march  she can still do B/S and be there in the stands at the last minute... I will keep her in my prayers

shermur...my daughter told me that one of the DEP-ers she saw for home has been there for a lillte while but did go to B/S with my daughters div. she said it was a little weird that it felt like she gave up her spot to someone from home and she said it was ok... she said that she felt so good about everything that she has accomplished that she is ready to do her B/S and head to school... I will keep you SR in my prayers also.....

this WILL happen for you too ....they get to try every other day ...   I was told this directly for RTC every Mon, Wed, and Fri

It's OK, asterzmom! You just gave me hope even more....My SR was delayed two weeks and I have rescheduled grad trip once already.  I just hope and pray she completes by next Monday and that she gets to do Battelstation with her division! I can't wait to see her...

shermur (ship 12 div 121) I have hopes to but to hear the sound of her voice last nite was so hard. I know she can do this may take her a little longer.

CONGRATS to all the new Sailors! and their families!
