Cathy, I'm am so very sorry to hear this. I will keep this family and their community in my prayers.

I will leave my porch light on for them and also pray for their parents. I have a good friend who lost her only son to a drunk driver. She has gotten better through grief concealing but she still grieves for him.  The driver went to prison for 4 years.

But through her I know that this will be with them forever. Hope they have a good pastor and should find a grief counselor in time.

I have a special request for my special mother of twins group. There was a 17 and 15 year old brother and sister who were killed in a car accident and their parents were following them so they saw the whole thing, I am just sick for this family, they were the only 2 kids they had. Tonight in memory of them everyone was asked to keep their porch lights on, but I am just asking you to pray for the parents of Peyton and Zoe O'Neil!! For us mother's who have recently sent our kids off to the Navy, feel a loss of not having their kids at home, but these parents will never see their beautiful children again, may god bring them the comfort that only he can give. I have found out they were kids of faith, so I am also praising and thanking God for their gift of paradise.

That's so COOL CO-twin!  How lucky is that!  I remember how GREAT it was to go to chapel when we spent our time at mini-BC when I was in NJROTC.  We always went over Easter break, so it was nice to be somewhere different for that service.

My best watch story was that Steve at A School changed his watch duty to the Chapel. He had watch on Easter and he said, "got to spend all day in the Lords house. went to 4 services including a sunrise one." sent pictures it was bueatiful.

It is funny how some of us have quite the similar background.

Cathy...WOO HOO!  I bet you are just so happy today.  And...the fact that Bryce's letter was upbeat and he had good news makes it even better. AWESOME that he passed his first PFA without any issues.  Bummer about the watch times, however I've heard some GREAT stories about watches in BC from a friend of mine who recently retired from the Navy. I guess all of that sleep deprivation helps prepare them to stand watch on the ship at different times. We are so lucky as civilians when it comes to our beauty sleep. LOL  I'll be keeping your boys in my prayers and I hope those wisdom teeth don't pose any problems.  Isn't it funny how that twin competition seems to be a driving force for the boys???  I know Gregory will do just fine too.  I bet you are counting down the days til you get his form letter to find out his PIR date.

I am ecstatic for you cathy. I always love getting letters, enjoy now though because once i A school they have electronics back and would rather Skype, FB message, email or text. The occasionally call.

Now you can know he is doing good, that is a great think that the div gets along, that is most the battle right there, maybe he will be in a hall of fame div, Sam was. Steve did not have a good division with working together, however they did have a bible study and had prayers at lights out.

congrates that he passed his PT first try.

I also went to a small Lutheran school through 8th grade, isn't funny how are backgrounds are so similar?

I am happy to tell you that I receive a letter from Bryce today, he is dong great just tired, he passed his physical test on the first try and said it was easy, states that everybody in his division get along pretty well, stated that he would probably be able to call again in 2 weeks, he stated that it's been alot of studying and he is now to the point where he knows more of the material then most people, although it is very mentally stressful, because of the lack of sleep. States that he has had watch in the middle of the night and that also cuts into his sleep and that he will be getting his wisdom teeth out this week and that he is happy about it because he will then be able to sleep. Well here is to my over confident son!! Gotta love him!! I feel as if a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders, Thank you Lord!! Also I am also now not that worried about Gregory, because I know if one makes it the other one will too, they are way to competitive to let one get one over on the other.
