WE GOT DARIEN'S LETTER! Unfortunately, he is not in the same ship/division as Cathy's:( He is ship 4 div 379, PIR Oct 11. I'm so excited! I'm at work & should really just go tell my boss to send me home because I am not going to get anything accomplished the rest of the day!

So let me get this straight, Cathy's and double tr. both went at the same times? so one of each are in one BC PIR group and the other 2 are in another PIR group together? We If you can't swing going to both PIR's you can each be a Segregate parent for the other and each go to one?

Cathy & Disy, I'm ok. We got Jacob's box today! Pretty much the same thing that was in Darien's box, clothes, shoes, undies, socks, phone & charger, flight info...enough to make me miss him even more. I am a little sad tonight, I was super sire we would get Darien's letter today, but didn't. The mom of their best friend that left with Darien got his letter Saturday so I was a little sad when I got home & didn't get one from Darien yet. It will come, I just need to be patient.
Disy, thank you for saying a prayer for us all. I agree same God & he knows our SRs need all the prayers they can get & so do us moms!
Co-twin, I'm sure Sam will do awesome on his test. Isn't it funny how they learn to want to study & pass the tests now!
Cathy- that's exactly how I feel. I just need to hear from them. I'm trying not to worry about not getting Darien's letter. Wednesday will be 2 weeks since he left. Ugh.

So Cathymg that is why it is good to send them off 6 months apart like I did.

At home school both boys did well, Sam always better at mathe than Steve, Steve better at Language arts. Steve was quite the perfectionist. 1/2 hour of puddle of tears if he missed one spelling word.  Once they went to School they got into some bad study habits. This school did not hold to deadlines so made for laziness with homework, drove me nuts.

Now in nuke school Sam said,"Gee I guess I am going to have to work harder."

He has been doing well there past the first week when he got the shock that it was actually going to be hard.

Hope 3boysmam you find time to check in with us. I missed having you post.  My son on Deployment I don't know where he is until he has been there and gone. I know what you mean about the clean house.  Boy I thought they taught them to be clean in BC, then they come home and trash their old room all over again.

Best of luck on the new job.  I am praying to sell the store here SOON. I could actually have a job here baking for a new restaurant if I didn't have the store. 

Have to try the glass thing.  How are your sun glasses? still makes me smile.

Hi ladies, I have been enjoying the last few days with my twins. Sailor is off to San Diego first thing Wednesday morning, college boy is going to be moving in (with parental help) also on Wednesday. I hate the thought of them being gone again, especially with my oldest on a training exercise and I don't even know where he is. But I have to say, I'm almost looking forward to a clean house again:)
I start a new job next week, when school starts, (high school administrator) so I won't have too much tome to miss them. I don't get on this page too often now, so just wanted to let all the moms know I'm praying for your sailors, and moms too!

I have to say I am getting myself so confused, I am friends with some mom's who have kids in Bryce's Div, and with Mom's who are in Gregory's and I am having a hard time keeping things straight. I think it is a Twin mom thing.

Co-twin-Hope Sam does good on his test, was he always a good studier in school?? And I am glad you are getting some sleep.

Disy, What a crazy weekend, I am tired just reading about it, hope you get to rest soon.

Doubletrouble let us know how you are doing, I myself am going crazy, Just need to hear the boys say they are fine and that it isn't that bad, really need to hear it from Bryce. Hoping he knows how much I love him. Went to US Cellular today for the 3rd time in the last week and told them they needed to find me a loud ring, one that would wake the neighbors and make sure the the block on unauthorized was no longer on and told them what that block cost me. I am still upset about that, I know that God knows what is best for us, but why did everything have to go so wrong when he was trying to get ahold of us. I rally need to get a grip.
Do you know that if you put your phone in a glass dish it will amplify the sound, just something I learned today!

I am Catholic, and you are right Same God for All Christen faiths. I actually have gone to bible study at a First Presbyterian church, a baptist and an Assembly of God Church.  So Thank you much. I love going to an empty church and pray just me and Him. Feels special.
