Oh how tiny. way early. That is a miracle for sure.
Those of us with twins know that our children are miracles. I stopped working at 30 weeks just because the Dr didn't want me to work more than that, even though everything was progressing just fine. 3 weeks later...my water broke and when I went to the hospital to find out what was wrong, I was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia and had the boys by c-section that night. They weighed 3lbs 15oz and 4lbs 6oz. They had to stay in the hospital for 2 weeks as they had to make sure they were growing alright. Other than that they didn't have any complications. Thank goodness!
God is good!!
PM me please, pretty please for FB
On what a moving day for you. Lots of liquid pride.
I will PM the list to you
I was just so happy to have my boys all the rest just went to the backdrop. They were born a month early at 5lb12oz and 6lb11oz. I was diagnosed with cancer when they were 19 months old. I survived that and had the privilege of raising them. All a complete miracle. We all have our miracles.
MyTwoSons appears to have dropped out. Her name is off the list.
I hope Shell comes back? Hers just dod PIR this month. CindyB's first goes in Oct. the second in March.
CO-Twin I did not get the cheat sheet, will you send it to me please!!
OK, lets see what I can remember from going back and reading the last couple of days, CO-Twin, so sorry about everything you had to go through before you finally had you precious boys, but I am sure that you have always been able to see them for the blessings they are. I was on bed-rest for 3 months, had went into pre-term labor 3 months early and they were able to stop it, laid on the couch for 3 months and was able to go to 39 weeks with them, they weighed 7 LBS and 6 LBS 12 OZ.\
Disy What a amazing story about your girls, twinkle 1 and twinkle 2!!
Sierra, Thanks for thinking about me while I was gone. Gregory had a whirl wind of a few days and I am still so tires, can't imagine how he must feel right now, but oh what a great ceremony!! They had 90 recruits form their division in St. Louis, their leader flew in from the GL and started working with them on marching and studying on Tuesday, that is why they had to be their on Monday. Yesterday morning they were officially swore in at the federal building in Downtown St. Louis, then they marched to Soldier memorial park and had a small ceremony and were again swore in there, they then had a family picnic, they had all kinds of Navy personnel there, probably the highest in command was RADM Gregory and she was a women, nice to see women going so far in the service of their country. Disy maybe that will be your daughter one day!! One of the things I liked best was getting to see the 4 people who will be in charge of Gregory for the next several weeks, made it feel not so scary. After the picnic the recruits and Sailors of all ranks marched through downtown St. Louis to Busch stadium and then onto the field to again be swore into the United Stated Navy. They were then allowed to go to their seats and watch some of the game, they could go sit with their families for a while but had to be back to their seats by a certain time, after the 5th inning they all stood and filed out of their seats as the audience applauded them ( I cried, what a moving moment). They then lined up got a few orders and marched down the ramp to go to their bus. I cried again, thought I might just have a break down, but my husband held me together as I watched my son march away. It was a very emotional day. I was able to talk to a mom I meant on here and we now have each others number, it was nice to have another mom who was going through the same thing and the same feelings there with me. I will be posting pictures on my FB, so if anyone wants to see them PM me and will will share info so we can become FB friends.
Oh how funny. about the suitcases. Total girl, however when my son came home on leave he had bought himself an entire new wardrobe. He had a garment bag, a seabag, a huge rolling bag in NWU material and his backpack. He had everything packed in vacuum shut bags.
Yes explain the cardinal company, is it a navy baseball team? I've seen something about it before.
You all need to send friend requests to shell and CindyB lets see if we can get them to participate. Cindy B did PM me once. Shell had not posted or accepted my friend request.
