jonandtysmom...They may or may not see each other. Maybe passing marching. One other mom on here Double trouble has identical boys and they went in a week apart. They figured out that they could see each other if they went to church on sundays.
I think that one was a push division which made them have PIR the same time.

Mine are identical boys. Jon left for BC on 7/8 and Tyler (DEPPER) leaves 7/29...it's tough seeing Ty miss Jon so much right now and knowing when he gets to BC it will be all business and not time to see/hang with his bro. Their recruiters said, "you two share a face....you don't want to do that at BC".

We have 4 kids at home and within 3 weeks of each other, two of my best pals are off to serve our country in the Navy. Pride fills my heart right next to the pain of missing such dynamic people. 50% less kids in one month...gulp!

Mine too, missing each other. They are within driving distance, Norfolk and Charleston. Is your submariner a nuke? that is where one of mine is headed. It has been good to have them apart as the future sub sailor was the follow the leader twin and he has had to figure himself out on his own, But now LOL he follows the lead of the Navy, born natural follower. The other has red hair and has that temperament and is not as happy. Too independent for military I am afraid. I suspect when he serves his 4 he will not reenlist.

Wow yours have been in quite a while. I have one in it will be 2 years in November. Hard to believe it has been that long.
Mine are not identical. Sierra's are and Double troubles are. and there is a set of girls. There are two families on here with Triplets, one all three are in the navy.
I am sorry to say that this group started out with a Bang and was a lot of fun but it is pretty slow now. most pop in every now and then.

Wow CoTwin...good that you are taking your health into your own hands. I'm a firm believer in that. I don't like taking any kinds of meds, even OTCs if I don't have to. Keep up the hard work.

I would LOVE to take the train out there. That would be so AWESOME! If only I could afford it. That isn't going to happen real soon, but maybe after we recover from our trip to PIR next month. Finances are a bit out of control right now with our trip to Boise. We would have so much fun together and I would LOVE to see your new school.

Keep up the good work on getting things under control, but also listen to your body. You don't want to have another attack on your system.

glad you are doing good. I am not surprised Nathanael is feeling the loss. I Know Sam did.
I wish you could take the train out here, we could drive to Boulder and check out my school and look for where I will live.
I think the boots look like suede cowboy boots. Odd duck that boy of mine.
Took myself off my medication. I think it was making it so I could not lose weight. It had some other side effects that I didn't like, so I got a concoction of 8 different things like Aloe Vera, slippery elm, milk thistle etc all good for gut, anti inflammatory, cleansing, good enzymes, etc... see how that works, I would rather be dead and skinny than fat forever.

Ha CO-twin! Sounds AWESOME! looks like your son had a FAB 4th. Are those cowboy boots????

Ya know I'm doing better than I expected. I've still had my moments, but overall, we are doing OK. Camping was really nice. We did miss Jonathan not being there. I think Nathanael realized it a bit as he always had someone to be with and now he's stuck with his crazy parents. LOL We really enjoyed celebrating a very patriotic weekend and "Flat Jonathan" was quite the hit. Everyone got a good chuckle and shared their support.

Sierra, How are you holding up? Enjoying your camping?

such a look of total glee on his face, He connected them all together. The boy does love things that go boom. And What in the world is that on his feet LOL. Zoom in for detail look.

OMG COtwin...your story about Sam at PIR is a hoot! I'm really hoping Jonathan gets in the Triple Threat. I think it will help him through BC to be able to get into music. It's his lifeblood I swear. The last time he played his instrument was at graduation. His personal instrument is in the shop for repair. He actually went out playing a recorder on the street with his best friend on his last day home.

We never had any security calls or anything while Jonathan was in DEP, so I just wasn't sure. The info we filled out in the security packet was all correct so I'm thinking they might not need any extra info. I was just curious.
