Cathymg, that sounds like my son. Despite my "reminders" he really didn't do too much working out before he left. It gave me a few sleepless nights when he was at basic. But like everything else, the navy was able to get through to him in a way I never could. He took to the workouts fine and passed all his pt tests.
I'm sure your son is starting to feel some normal anxiety about what's ahead, so he's now going to do what it takes to succeed at basic.

Hey congrats on his running. It sounds like it is hitting home that he knows time is running short.

Cathymg that is nice to relax and go out to eat.  Also nice for their grandparents.

My parents and I took my boys to eat tonight!! It was nice spending time with them, it seems like I get home from work they eat real fast and then they are off to do things with their friends, so I cherished the couple of hours we spent together tonight.

I bet that made your day when Sam called CO-twin.  He sounds like s sweet young man!!

I think you can only load them on your page that way and you would have to leave a comment that they are there. Also I do not believe anyone can view those unless you friend them.  If you do it on the PC there are icons on the top of the comment box and it is very easy to go to the pic one and load them from your pictures on your PC. Also I can drag and drop certain things. on my mac.

Co-twin, I have an iPad and a pc. I rarely use the pc anymore but I don't know how to upload a photo on my iPad. Any suggestions?.

Got a call from Sam last evening, he is such a sweet caring young man.  He knew I was having a rough day yesterday so he called to tell me he loves me and enjoys visiting on the phone, even though at nuke school he only gets 4 hours of sleep.  He gets up a 5 to run, showers goes to class.  He is studying for 15-18 hours a day.  He says the material is not that hard but the amount to learn in a said time period in massive.  He said when it is all said and done if he can make it through this will be the hardest thing he has ever done.  He is so funny, mid sentence he interrupts himself with "oh look a kitty, I love kitties" He said that have school cats. Probably to keep pests at bay I imagine. His twin is on mission and out of communication.
