What cathymg says is really right.  My boys have never been that difficult but they were a bit harder to deal with and I think it makes all parties wanting them to grow up and transition, but It is still really hard when they leave.  Could your two be dealing inside with the fact that they will not be together anymore.  That is a hard one for a twin, My sam was really mad for  awhile, till he joined too and they went to DEP meetings together. Then they were more sad emotional at the leaving times.

My boys have been difficult also, I just think that God prepares us for them leaving by making them miserable to be around, so we are ok when they leave. My twins will both be in Pensacola for A school. I am sure your girls will miss each other and the will always have a special bond!!

Disy  prayers for you in the AM  It helped me to spend time in his room, straightening up and collecting laundry. Smelling his smell.  Did that several days.  It gets better though.

Sierrascrapper  You would be surprised at the fire power of a destroyer.  Weapons are very different these days.  It is VERY armed. You can do youtube searches and see video of some of the Cruise missiles test firing.  Steve sent me about 10 to watch when he got his orders, I think he was excited.

Sam hopes for a sub. A BIG sub.

Disy  Welcome to this page.  WooHo our first females.  My son let me know that girls are referred to as females.  Yeah daughters!! There will defiantly be a lot of feelings that they both go through.  When mine saw each other at Steve's PIR Steve cried and he cried again saying good bye.  He was deployed before Sam's PIR. They do txt and Steve calls when he is allowed.  Sam's first reaction was to for the first time deck his twin.  They are fine now and Sam is Very happy so far and it has really helped him mature.

3boysmom  I imagine all destroyers are that size. Steve's was commissioned in 2005 so it is newer.  Where is yours stationed out of? Steve is Norfolk.

did you check out the FB link i posted. gives you a good look at one. and some of the fun they have, I hope all ships do this as it makes my life a little easier.
