I have joined the sub group and a few others, but have not really participated much. I need to start since things are getting close!
Yes, to place an order for the lockets you can go on my website and all the items are listed and you just pick out the locket, charms and if you want to upgrade to a different chain you can pick one there. We have some really pretty chains, some are longer and some are thicker, depending on your style. My site is www.southhilldesigns.com/jessicastewart. Let me know if you need any help or if you are interested in hosting an online or facebook party and earning half priced or free items!
Thanks Co-twin! The boys do look so much more alike now! You would not believe all that my husband has been through. He was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in October 2005, 4 days before our 15 yr wedding anniversary. It was just the grace of God how he was diagnosed.
He had started a new job about a month before and it was in a factory and was very strenuous so he thought that was why he was tired all the time. He developed a sore on his leg and we just thought it was an ingrown hair follicle, but he went to the doctor because it would not go away. They cultured it and it was positive for staph so they started him on antibiotics. Then when the final culture came back it was MRSA! They changed his antibiotics and were treating it that way. He woke up the morning of Sunday, October 16 and was very lethargic and he knew something was wrong. I took him to the ER and they treated him for heat exhaustion thinking that was the problem. They did some labs on him and when they got the results back all his levels were almost zero. He had almost no red or white blood cells and not immune system. So they admitted him and placed him on the oncology/hemotology floor. So a day or two later they did a bone marrow biopsy and diagnosed him with ALL. We had to treat the MRSA first because if they gave him chemo with all his blood levels bottomed out it would kill him. He spent 6 wks in the hospital being treated for the MRSA then his first round of chemo. Then would go back in for a week for chemo, be home for a few days and his levels would drop so we would go back in for a few days for blood transfusions and platelets. I think in all he had about 27 units of blood! He did 7 months of chemo and has been in remission for 8 years!!! GOD IS GOOD!
If that weren't enough he developed a brain aneurysm April 2 yrs ago and had surgery for that! He is just a walking miracle!
How do I order one? web site?
Oh those are soooo pretty. I totally want one.
Your boys really look like you. They look much more identical with their uniforms and short navy hair.
Did not know your hubby survived cancer. Wow how long ago? I am a 18 year survivor myself. Very handsome family. It is sweet to have them home isn't it.
I will see mine next in August. Sam will have Power school Graduation and I will go out there for that. One of their great buds from here is in Groton. Ask your son to keep his ears pealed for a british sailor.
Another group you might like would be The sub group I am liking that one.
Hello everyone!! We are all doing great! I have been working really hard at launching my South Hill Designs business, it is going great! My husband seems to have adjusted well to the boys being gone. You know he was a stay at home dad after he beat leukemia so it was a really adjustment for him.
The boys are both doing really good and LOVING the Navy so far! Darien is at Great Lakes for HT A school and Jacob is at Groton, CT for MM sub A school. They both got to come home for Christmas and I was over the moon happy! So were their girlfriends. Here are a couple of the family pictures we took while the boys were home. Unfortunately, our oldest son wasn't feeling good and did want to take pics that day:(
You can tell we were all so glad to have them home!
Like I said before, I am getting my SHD business rolling and want to share a picture of the lockets with you. Please do not feel pressured to purchase anything from me, I just love the lockets and the business and want to put is out there for everyone to see. I also have pictures posted on my facebook page www.facebook.com/southhilldesignsbyjessicastewart. Check it out and like my page to see all the fabulous lockets and locket bracelets we have to offer.
Oh, I am starting to feel the dread of getting orders. Jacob says he should be graduate A school in March, actually on March 7th, and get his first orders!!! NOOOOO! I am sooooo not ready for this to happen.
Hello, how is everyone?
