CO-Twin, I can tell what kind of a person you are with how you have dealt with all you have been going through. You have been there for others even though I am sure you have needed others to be there for you, you have not bad mouthed you soon to be ex and you have always put your kids first. I wish more parents would learn from you. God's blessings my friend.

Oh sierrascrapper I think it is. Common to have days like that, I have used to happen more often than it does now. I also. An tell you that it is not good when you run a store. Glad you are better today.

Well it went OK only he wants the soon to be ex out of the house, he does not trust him. I was and still do hope to get through this as amiable as possible. That we could stay in the house till it sells and we would both be here for the holidays for Sam and all go together for Steve's homecoming. Maybe I am just to nice. I love my. Boys and I do not want this to effect their leave times. We have lived like this a really long tome as it is.

I love this group, just don't get on here near enough. I want to fill you in!! So now both boys have both been through PIR and are now in Pensacola. I got to meet doubletrouble at PIR and her and her husband are wonderful people and Disy daughter and my son have meant, they are even in a picture together on the Pensacola page. It has been an exciting adventure and I know there is much more to come. Also my daughter is now talking about entering the National Guard,

I had a much better day today. Thank goodness! I thought something was seriously wrong with me yesterday. I mean I just went into my room and buried my head in a pillow and sobbed uncontrollably. I didn't feel it was right because all of you are enduring so much more without your sailors.

Hope all of your SRs andd Sailors are doing well.

Thanks Ellen.  My son is not allowed to say much as your is I am sure.  The good thing is that That movie gave me confidence in his relative safety on board ship.

I admire you, don't think I could handle special ops as well.  I like not having to worry as much.

How much time did you get before they flew off to A schools? You got more time with the one staying at GL right?

Comment by CO-TwinSalorsMom on October 16, 2013 at 9:52pm

Oh sierra scrapper don't feel bad, I was trying to express that I was overwhelmed with a wide variety of feelings some sad some not. Pride, confidence in the navy, relief, and yes some sadness.  I think when you have a sailor that ship and maybe any ship and you see that movie you are left with a different perspective than anyone else that is in that theater. It is personal. Think of me tomorrow, I have an appointment at the lawyers for my divorce :(
