My cat went out when I did earlier and I let him, thought oh he won't be out long, he is a inside cat and now I can't find him, I am getting kind of worried, he really has no way to defend himself.
And I am having some food issues myself, 3 freezers full of food and only me here and I eat lunch everyday at work, so I might eat one meal a day here. I really don't need all this food and hoping is don't go bad. I work with some girls who have nothing, really just barely enough to get by, thinking about letting them come out and get some food out of my freezers.
I used to spend an obscene amount at the grocery store, One had to have deli cut pastrami and black forest ham, his twin likes ALOT of hard salami and they both liked the artisan loafs at Safeway (about 12") one was a sandwich. Lots of gatorade and arizona tea. One likes oreos, the other cheezits. They ate chese like crazy and bacon OMgosh Bacon. Wouldn't touch fruit. Anyway what I miss the most from that is the gas credits from huge grocery totals. I used to get .40c to .60c off per gallon. now I may get .10c once a month. I can eat more healthy now. Lots of fruit and veggies, organic stuff,
Quiet on here today. Sorry been busy elsewhere today. It is a mixed bag. sometimes I like the quiet sometimes not.
I know what you mean about lonely, it is me and my computer again tonight and the cat is on my lap!! Need to do something around here but can't talk myself into doing it;
I have more than not now good times but still have bad ones. Today I am a little tearful. No clue why.
When my mom passed away I forgot and bought her a birthday card. Sent it to me Dad so he knew I was thinking about her.
My dad was on a destroyer like his grandson Steve is now. He is quite pleased about that. During WWII he kept a journal, sketched and described what was happening, bunkmates, flying fish, natives, battles. It is very cool and both my boys love looking at it.
No Jacks brother is no longer alive. I think he is like 87 or 88 and he is like 5'2" tall. Sharp as a tack and a beautiful base voice.
Wow that is quite the year. You will have to do something special for celebrating both on the PIR day, Maybe have a small Bday/PIR cake.
As I mentioned we have 3 seals in this town. A couple of years ago was the wedding for #2 and #1 who is brother of the bride got to come as well as several others from their unit. All in uniform complete with swords!! beautiful ceremony. Now we celebrate the birth of their son.
Send a petition up to God for them to be together on her wedding.
How are all the twins doing? We have an old guy in our church, Jack, who is 80? something. He is so cute and he is a twin. in WWII he served in the Navy with his twin. Lucky for him they were on the same ship because during a storm he almost got washed overboard and his brother grabbed him by the pants and saved his life.
