Hi Angela. Have you heard from Mark again since we last communicated? How's the flag design coming. Do you know if their division has won any flags? The only letter we received at our house last Thursday was one he wrote to his sister. Very short but it was worth a million dollars to her. Take care!
Hi, how was your Christmas? Sorry I did not reply to your last comment, I rarely have time to get on, usually at work on my breaks or lunch but with Christmas they've been spent shopping and writing letters to Kathleen. We received her form letter and they do graduate Feb 8th, I've already reserved a room at the Navy Lodge. I received her phone call Christmas Eve it was so great just to hear her voice! Hope your son is well! Hopefully now that Christmas is over I'll have more time to check things out on here!
Yes, we got our letter today too! I think 0 Feb 13 may have confused me too..Lol It is hard to imagine the stress they are under so no doubt frazzled is probably an understatement. Our son ended up on Ship 13 Div 095 so they are not together that way but, we definitely need to keep in touch and meet up at graduation :) Talk to you soon!
Great to find someone in almost the same situation as myself…Our sons were both at Meps together the 28th!! We received our box Monday and I am just waiting on an address right now. My son is also heading to Pensacola after bootcamp and is going in as APACT. It will be interesting to see if they end up together :)
Kathleen's MOS is Hospital Corpman, but she is going to try for a performance division so I'm not sure where she'll end up. She will go to San Antonion, Texas for her A school. She is the middle of my three 3 daughters from my first marriange, my oldest is 22 she has left home but is only in the next town. I have a senior graduating this year, a step son who is 15 and a set of three year old twins from my current marriage. So she is really my first to leave home! We are also the closest and she it like a second mom to the twins. They are having a hard time also, asking where she is and when she'll be home! Hard to explain to them! I just got a call from my daughters recruiter, he had her address and found out she didn't make it into a performance division, she is Ship 12 Division 089.
send me a request to callsforrecruits@gmail.com...I will send them right back to you...:)
