My son graduated in September, I remember the most exciting time was during the pass in review (PIR) ceremony, when the "garage door" opens up.  The crowd goes WILD!

If you have any questions, I'd love to help.  I'm a Navy veteran myself.

Please like my group on facebook LINK, I'm just starting out and would love the support.

I also support “calls for recruits” from products sold on ETSY if you order soon I ship next day!

If you are traveling, wishing you a safe journey.

If you can't travel; be sure to watch the video link, it's the next best thing.

Hi, I see you have joined MAA Moms; Master at Arms is a rating very dear to my heart since my Sailor is an MA. Join San Antonio MA's; the discussion, Break down week by week, will let you know what happens at NTTC Lackland (San Antonio). Other groups to check out are New MAA Mom's (it has not been very active, but is picking up lately) and Security Sailors (it is not as active and includes loved ones of Sailors from other ratings as well). The Rating Information Card for MA can be found at https://www.cool.navy.mil/enlisted/rating_info_cards/ma.pdf. Take care and blessings to you and yours.

Since you have an SR at the RTC, you can change "Waiting to leave for Boot Camp" above to "Enlisted."

Hi is staying in the great lakes for A-school for an Electricians Mate. After training not sure where he will go.  Im sure it does get easier.  It is so nice that this site is here to help people be able to talk to someone that knows what it is like.  But so proud if he has chosen for his life and career.
