Thanks for the Friend request. I hope we can be around to support each other for some time. If there is ever anything I can help with, just ask. Take care and blessings to you and yours.
Hi Laura! I was thinking about the new moms to MA Navy Moms and that made me think of you. I'm curious about how you would like to be involved with this group? It is kind of a quiet group (except for a few of us!). We are getting ready for our Christmas adoption of a group of sailors deployed on a frigate (sp?). I wondered if you would like ot be involved in some way? Let me know your thoughts. My page is marked "private" so I will send you a friend request, that way you can either PM me or leave me a message/ comment on my page. I know it is weird to think of the holidays now, but we have to organize so that the packages will be there for 12/25!!
Take care and have a good day,
Donna (aka NYPD)
Hi there Laura,
I'vebeen trying to respond to your message you sent me a while ago- IT wouldn't let
me "reply" ?? I have trouble understanding this site.
Anyhow,
how are you?? If you remember, our son's are in the same Div. and going to the
same A School.
How is your SR doing? So close to gradation now! Only 4 days left! I do believe
they are doing Battlestations today. Also, today is my son's 19th birthday. I
miss him so terribly! First time in 19 years I couldn't hug him and say happy
birthday. At least we see them this week!! :)) (being optimistic)
Here
is my email:: chemelsalon@hotmail.com
Its much easier to get messages from there. If you know or hear of anything, please
feel free to write back. Grins, Mel
hi Laura
He just left for boot camp yesterday. We are extremely proud and very sad. He has wanted to do this since he was little and he is very excited. Which makes it more than bearible for us. I know he will love it.
How about your son. Has he thought about it for a long time?
I just found this website the other day and it seems to have a lot of information. I think it will be very helpful.
