Hard Weekend

Boy this weekend was tough. I am not sure why. My daughter graduates on 09-14-2012. We have heard from her. One call and a few letters. She seems to be doing fine. I got some calls from her friends telling me bye as they are leaving for college. I think that is what made me really miss her. Just needed to vent for a minute... thank you all for listening.

Time is getting short

The Journey

I am so proud of her and support her decision. She has a great recruiter and the support she has received through the DEP…

Now it is just an event to get through before she leaves on her life adventure. Her dad and I are so proud.....

Driving Priviledges

Good morning - I was reading the rules for after basic graduation and one of those is the recruit cannot drive. Can you tell me how long this rule is in effect. Is she able to drive after she gets her permanent station orders?
Thank you for the information.
