Help!

I just left the welcome center trying to pick up graduation tickets, but they show no attendees for my son and I was unable to get tickets . I returned the security form as soon as I received it with the form letter . However, when my son called me on January 19, he told me that he never received it , asked me to overnight it to him . I overnighted it the same day . On Tuesday Jan 22 my son called only to get the information of his guest . I even talked to him yesterday and confirmed that he changed one of the guest on the list . He said he had updated the list over a week ago . But they are showing no guest !!!! Does anyone know how I should proceed?

Did you make a copy of the docs you overnighted?  Do you have confirmation that the docs were received by RTC?  Perhaps you could show them those....I don't have any other suggestions.  Hopefully someone else will chime in.

Maybe you can contact the Mail Room at RTC at 847-578-6227 to see if they received your overnight.

Were you able to get in to the PIR?

Yes I did! Someone was able to track down his security form! My son got yelled at by the RDC about the situation but all in all we are having a very good weekend and I am so grateful .Thank you so much for your suggestions and checking back in.

That’s great news! I’m sure you would’ve been devastated if you couldn’t get in!

Yes that is wonderful news!
