OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Navy Lodge 65 a night with NO TAX!
Hi All,
My son has had a set back so will not PIR on the 29th. Good luck to all of you!
I pray that the good Lord give you and your son strength, courage, and a heart of peace to get through this together. All the best....
I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm sure he'll make it through. I don't think it's that unusual to have setbacks during BC.
Patty, I'm so sorry to hear that! I am so afraid to get that call. Every day that I don't get a call from my son is a good one in my book now - even though it was great to hear his voice last week. Good luck and best wishes to you, your son, and your family.
No letter today : (

Just keeping up the mantra - no news is good news......no news is good news.......
maybe tomorrow...
I did not get a letter today either but my son's girlfriend did. He told they can write on Tues and Thurs now but only for a few minutes. Took him 2 days to write the letter he sent to her. I am believing in the no news is good news also.
I agree. I also believe that no news is good news. I got a letter today and had sent him one of the questionnaires someone mentioned. His responses were pretty funny.
No letter today!
Me neither!
Haven't heard from my son in awhile...does anyone know what they are doing this week? I'm hoping to get an update from him soon but nothing yet. I'm just curious if his division is starting to come together...they had some issues at first.
