I don't know about the ribbons, could you repost the info?

Thanks!

The ribbons are for parents, wives, family, friends etc. to wear to PIR. They are a great way to show support and pride for your sailor. They make it easy to recognize other Navy for Mom members and the also make a great keepsake. You can see pics on my page and on my facebook page, Unique Memory Makers. If you would like more info just click on my name to send me a friend request and I will send you all the info as well as some helpful tips for PIR. Thanks so much, Lora
woo hoo got a call today

My husband got to talk to our son.  He called just before I got home from work.

My son got a call from his twin brother today. Sounds like everything is going good for our SR's.

Battlestations 21 is next week. Hard to believe they are so close to PIR.

Will be great to see my son. Miss him bunches, but know that he has made a great choice in joining the Navy.

Just a heads up for everyone.....purchase your ribbons, they are very nice and a wonderful keepsake!!! I just got mine and I love it!!!

Just printed out my gate pass for PIR.

Go get them everyone.

Sure makes it feel like PIR is just around the corner.

Oh wait, it is. LOL.

Will be so fantastic to see my son.

YIPPEE !!!!

My son forgot to put his passcode in on the first letter.  I called the Public Affairs office to find out what to do and she said the only way I can get it, is he has to give it to me.  Well, what if I don't get a call before then?  I'm planning on going and it sure would be a bummer if I couldn't get in because I couldn't get a gate pass.

I think it is the same code for everyone w/ this PIR date as I did not have to put in any identifier to get the pass - just the code.  do you know one of the mom's that you could call or privately e-mail?  I think it would be a security problem to post it here.

Also - I beleive you can walk in without a gate pass as long as you are on your son's list.

You do need a Pass. Without it you wont be able to enter.
I talked to my son on Friday and code the passcode.
Keep those candles burning ladies not just for battlestations but for captains cup as well.
