Congrats to all the new Sailors and their parents!

Keep us posted on your SR's division. I am guessing their battlestations should be sometime the beginning of the week? I plan to light blue candles until all of our PIR divisions have completed battlestations. We get to see them in less than a week! YEA!!!!

Got my call at about 2:30pm yesterday afternoon! We both cried a little. So very proud of him. Also very proud and happy for all the other new Sailors!

Does anyone know if the whole division passes? I was do excited I forgot to ask.

My daughter didn't say anything about anyone NOT passing. I hope they all did. If not, they get an opportunity to repeat battlestations before PIR. She did say they earned the battle flag and then lost it due to things happening that the division got demerits. I hope they are able to earn it back. I told her that we are proud of her/them anyway and take the frustration and redirect it into kicking butt during Captain's Cup today! Looking forward to seeing who wins today. Hope the RTC facebook page posts the information on that and pictures from yesterdays PIR sometime later today. Yesterday's PIR was the first group in the white uniforms this year.

I did ask my son about anyone not passing battlestations - he said they all made it out of Div 154 - he did say that there were a couple of people in division that had not passed their swim test and wasn't sure if they would be graduating on 5/18. He thought they were going to get another chance this week before PIR so they could still walk. Keeping my fingers crossed for those trying to pass a swim test, PFT or a battlestation from any division so they can be there with all of us and their divisions on Friday.  Can't wait to see all you moms & families at the meet & greets! It looks like everyone is going to Sarges?

We will be going to Sarge's. I am so excited to go!

I am very proud of my son and all the other sons and daughters at BC. Hope they all do well and everyone makes it to PIR next Friday!

Happy Mother's Day to all!

Congrats to ALL our New Sailors! My Son said our division only won 4 flags.
"We are certainly not the strongest group because we have soo many girls! However, our division does have a lot of spirit and everyone tries to do their best. I think that is what matters most".  Who is this kid??? hahahaha! I got choked up when he said that. Made me even more proud.

Our kids are awesome! My daughter was upset about losing the battle flag due to division demerits. I told her to redirect that frustration into kicking butt at Captain's Cup today.  Wouldn't it be awesome if they won Captain's Cup for the integrated division!

Yes it would : )  I am happy for all, can't wait to meet<3

We get to meet in 4 more days! PIR in 5 days! What an awesome Mother's Day present. I will get to see my son on Tuesday evening, and again on the return trip home. One more day of work and then ROAD TRIP!!!!! Haven't looked forward to a road trip this much since college. (We won't talk about how long THAT has been. ha ha).

Happy Mother's Day to all of the wonderful women on this site.

Happy Mother's Day to all of you! The past 8 weeks with each of you has helped with any anxiety I was having, because I knew each and everyone of you were having it to and that I wasn't alone.! THANK YOU!!! I cannot wait to meet you all at the Meet-n-Greets in just 4 days!!! Can you believe it? It is almost here and I feel like a little kid waiting for x-mas.  Even if he doesn't call today, I have gotten the best mother's day present ever! My son is a SAILOR and he has never sounded so happy and grown up! God bless all of you - Sailors and moms!

Happy Mother's Day Moms!! Hope everyone has a wonderful day!! I would also like to thank all you for making me feel like I'm not alone and not the only one feeling so sad that my son has been disconected from me. I have been one of the more silent Moms on here but just reading your posts has made me feel so much better. Can't wait to meet all of you in 4 days. God bless and enjoy your day Moms!!
