All of us  in 584th MAC ENG would like to thank you for the wonderful and much needed pillowcases you all sent.  Having

the comforts of home on our pillows makes it a little easier than it has been.  Thank you so much.

SSG Karlene for 1Lt Evan and the rest of the company.

He also send an 8 x 10 photo of the company.  Very exciting to receive  it!

Here is a thank your note that was recently received.

Dear Navy Moms,

My name is SPC. XXXX Michael. I'm with the 20th Engineer Battalion, 510th Clearance Company out of Ft. Hood, Texas. Currently my company and I are in the western part of Afghanistan conducting Route Clearance. I would just like to say thank for you for your time and support. A lot of the guys including myself are using the pillowcase to use right now and its a great feeling knowing that somethings are still made in America by hard working, caring people. So again thank you very much for everything that you do. Soldiers are able to do what they do because of people like you. Means more than can be explained in words!

Again Thank you very much,
Michael XXXX!

P.S. If you could. The pillowcase that i am using was made by a woman named Lyn. It is very soft are very comforting. Her email is .... Please let her know that a thank you is just not enough for the comfort she has given me.

This letter came today, what a great group they have. Ladies you did a fantastic job!!

MaryEllen,

How exciting to receive this letter! It made me cry! We tend to forget that their are trrops out there that are so far away from home. Could we send them "goodie" boxes? Just a thought?

Terri B.
