Let me know if they get the cookies! I was told NOT to send stuff like that! I can't wait to hear if your son and my son are friends! When my son called it was the same thing - I didn't realize that no one says their first name.

Navy Lodge # : 847-689-1485 :)
thanks i talked to some ladies in the chat room this morning they said Gateway is nice and not bad getting to pir
Hi Everyone, I'm so happy I just booked our room at Navy Gateway. $55 and it's on the base. They still have rooms. They are in the brochure
The Navy Gateway Inn is on the Main Base about a mile north up the road from RTC. You must have military ID to stay there or have a sponsor who does have muilitary ID. If you don't have military ID you will also need your Sponsor to move around the base freely I believe...so I would double check that if you wish to stay there and that is an issue.
The Navy Lodge is not located on either of the bases. It is about a mile west of RTC in the Housing area. You do not have to have ID to stay there...they will ask you for your Sailors rate and name...you may also use your own military ID if you have it.
I stayed at the Navy Lodge and enjoyed it. It was clean and quiet. No pool etc...but we weren't in the Hotel much...Sailor wanted to go out!
Thanks. I was just wondering. :)
