DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 305 and 306

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

I'm so ready for a letter!  The whole family and friends have been sending tons of letters.  I hope we get one soon from him in the next day or two!

Happy Puppy

My son is in Ship 13 Div 306.. Finally got letters yesterday....Can not wait until Aug 16th to see him!!!

I got a late night phone call last night from my son.  He said he couldn't talk long.  He had his 2 bottom wisdom teeth pulled, plus he also has bronchitis, they put him on antibiotics.  I think this is the first time I HAVE FELT TOTALLY HELPLESS, I couldn't be there to help him.  This is not a good feeling.

Entire divisions don't get held back, although the RDCs might tell them they will. They do that sometimes to put a fire under their rearatuttamafrifaries. :) Individuals may get held back if they aren't progressing or are having difficulty overcoming something.

Thank you, that's what I thought.

Going to do my flight today or tomorrow, any suggestions to which airline and airport? Also, any one heard anything from ship13 div 306? I haven't heard a peep....ugh... But like Diane or Lala said sometimes no news is good news....

I had no idea about the phone cards. I guess I thought that they would use their debit cards to purchase items needed. Omg what kind of card should I send?
Got letters today!!! Sounded great!!

According to a letter I received from my son, he has made friends with two guys, DeAngelo and Antonio. Any Mom's out there that can claim these two? Ship 13, DIV 305.  :-)

Hi, my son is ship 13, div 306.  He will be going to Dam Neck, Va for A-School.  I was wondering if there might be any other SRs from that div going to Dam Neck as well.  I would love for him to have a friend going in.

Anyone in Ship 13, Div 306 know when Battle Station is?  We get the call the next day letting us know they are officially "Sailors" and I do not want to miss that call....  I've asked in letters a few times, but he doesn't mention anything in his letters to me.
