Welcome to the Division Discussion for Division 801

Be very aware when posting about your SRs who are in this division. Make sure you read the OPSEC rules (everyone should).

sjtina, cor and a couple more ladies will be joining this discussion to answer your questions about the "800" division.

Although your SR is still in BC, what they are doing may be slightly different from what the other divisions in this training group are doing. It is also recommended that you go into your "settings" (clickable link on the right side) and change your privacy setting to "private" and change everything to friends only.

Please still use the main wall to post general questions, and concerns, such as meet and greet questions etc. Specific questions regarding the 800 division should be posted here.

We “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like to, and the ladies helping out with the 800 divisions don't always get to the main wall as often as they would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there ladies!!!

Thank you sltina!  Any insight is appreciated.

has anyone received a letter witht the new address confirming Ship 04, Div 801? I changed my reservations to PIR date of 11/15.  I hope this is still the correct PIR for my son.  If ya'll hear anything, let me know!

I went to see my son's recruiter yesterday and he confirmed the date.  I didn't want to pay for airline changes until I knew for sure.

I have not received a letter, but I followed the address on this site:

SHIP 04 DIV 801

3600 OHIO ST.

GREAT LAKES, IL 60088-7103

Just got a confirmation from my son's recruiter that his gradation date is 11/15 and the mailing address is:

Ship 04 Div 801

3600 Ohio Street

Great Lakes, IL 60088-7103

I hope this helps! I can't wait till graduation...PIR!!!

I am not sure if I belong in this group to. My son's PIR got changed from 11/22 to 11/15. He is going for EOD. Is anyone else's SR?

My son is EOD as well.  Moved from S9 D11 PIR 11/22 to S4 D801 PIR 11/15.  I confirmed everything with his recruiter on Tuesday.

Yes, my son is going EOD also.

I have gotten no response from our recruiter or Spec Ops mentor. Any idea how to confirm this is right division, address and PIR? Hate to think all his mail is wandering around.

Super Cute Bunny Waving

I just read on someone's post, that 3 quests instead of 4 for PIR 11/15. Oh No! Is this true?

My mom got mail earlier today. Mine runs later today. She did say its Div 801 but there was more to the address than what I have seen posted. The postmark was through hers so Ill see when my mail comes! Hope he is getting all I've sent to other addresses. Said in her post cards to pray. It's very hard and demanding physically and mentally. Wants to make us all proud. I'm a proud mom no matter what. Ready for 11/15.

Thank you for starting this group.  I still have not received a form letter or any letters from my son yet. However, we did receive a phone call from him last Saturday and he stated that his PIR date was changed to 11/15.  My husband phoned the recruiter today and verified that he was on Ship o4 Div 801. Hopefully I will receive a letter from him soon so I and many others that miss him can write.  Just finalized hotel, rental car and flights yesterday.
