Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 097 and 098

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hi!  I am gong to PIR and I have RSVP's for Sarge's.  My husband and I are driving up from Houston, so hopefully the weather will be clear and the roads safe.  Three more weeks!!  I haven't decided where to stay.  I want to meet with my son at the airport and see him before he leaves for "A" school.  I've been procrastinating on those hotel reservations because my husband wants to bring our 2 dogs and I will need to find someplace that accepts pets (a corgi and a small lab mix).  I do have backup plans for the dogs, if that doesn't work.

I haven't heard anything this week.  I had hoped to get a letter on Thursday, but no luck there.  I've been thinking a call might come, and I walked around work all day Thursday with my cel phone in my hand!  But, no call came. Maybe tomorrow.  He has only called on Saturdays so far, however, he mentioned the last time that it was a make-up call because he missed the Division's Thursday call.  I keep telling myself "no news is good news."

Have you heard from your SR?
